Refund and Returns Policy

At Smileys, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange your order. We want to make sure that our policy benefits both our customers and our company. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.


You have 7 days (from delivery date) to return products bought from smileys.africa.

All items have to be unused with labels intact.

Note that we do not offer free returns. Please use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s). For sustainability reasons, we do not offer free shipping on returns.

Your return will be processed within 21 business days from the day your parcel was delivered back to us. You will then receive an email saying you can expect your refund within 1-3 bank days. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

Any refund made by us will be processed back to the payment method used when placing your order.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping..


If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, you may do so within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in their original condition and include the original packaging. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the delivery cost for the return and the replacement. However, if the exchange is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the delivery cost for the return and the replacement. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
