We get it, sometimes a product may not work out the way you expected, and that’s okay. At Smileys Africa, we accept returns as long as the item is still in its original condition and meets the return conditions below. You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to return an item to us for a refund.

If you start a return within the return window but are unable to send it back on time due to unexpected circumstances, please contact us.
