We get it, sometimes a product may not work out the way you expected, and that’s okay. At Smileys Africa, we accept returns as long as the item is still in its original condition and meets the return conditions below. You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to return an item to us for a refund.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, boxes, and accessories where applicable
  • Free from damage, stains, odour, or signs of wear

Please check the product information on our website before placing your order, as some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or product-specific reasons.

If you return your full order within 14 days of receiving it, and the items meet our return conditions, we may also refund the standard delivery fee where applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. If you start a return within the return window but are unable to send it back on time due to unexpected circumstances, please contact us. Any refund outside the return period will be reviewed at our discretion.

Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the item has been worn, used, damaged, or returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy. We may also refuse returns where we believe the returns process is being misused.
