Refund and Returns Policy
At Smileys, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange your order. We want to make sure that our policy benefits both our customers and our company. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
Refunds
You have 7 days from the delivery date to return products bought from smileys.africa. All items must be unused, with labels intact.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
We do not offer free returns. Please use a shipping company of your choice to send back your item(s). For sustainability reasons, return shipping is not covered by us.
Your return will be processed within 21 business days from the day your parcel is delivered back to us. You’ll then receive an email confirming that your refund will arrive within 1–3 bank days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
If you’d like a different color or size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Exchanges
You may exchange your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition and include all original packaging.
If the exchange is required due to our error, we’ll cover the delivery cost for both the return and the replacement. If the exchange is due to personal preference, you’ll be responsible for delivery costs for both the return and the replacement.

Smileys uses third-party logistics partners to deliver orders. We’ll do our best to process and deliver within the promised timeframe.
